A page in a rhodia top spiral bound dotgrid notebook. Written on the top left is Pen: Platinum Prefounte, 05, Ink: Colorverse Rainy Day. Underneath those designations is written: But perhaps skin and bones have a little memory to them, even after the soul is gone to greater things. -from Ursula Vernon’s ‘The Hollow Places’ To the right of the writing is a doodle that is definitely some sort of figure, whether horned or possessing antennae, cloaked or winged or in long robes is up to the viewer. A line is drawn underneath the writing and doodle, beneath the line are smear tests and drip tests for the ink.
