365 Inks – Lamy Medium – Colorverse Rocket Engine

A page in a rhodia top spiral bound dotgrid notebook. Written on the top left is Pen: Lamy Safari, M nib, Ink: Colorverse Rocket Engine. On the right is a small jagged and flowing doodle that could be a lifeform or a sentient blade and axe or other imaginings I am not finding at the moment. Underneath the indications as to the pen and ink a quote is written. It reads: “Life is cheap and easy to make. But the things we add to it, such as pride, self-respect, and human dignity, are worthy of preservation, too, and these can be lost in a fetish for life at any cost. From Terry Pratchett’s ‘A Slip of the Keyboard’” A line is drawn underneath the writing and doodle, beneath the line are smear tests and drip tests for the ink.
