A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away (or so it feels now) – someone I cared deeply for asked me for a tea that had smoke and cinnamon, but not vanilla.
I jury-rigged a test, which went into a fascinating tea object that stayed at the old domicile, and the testing of object and tea produced one of the only Desert Sage Natural tea videos that currently exists.
If you followed me on Twitter before the Dark Times and he-who-would-love-to-be-the-Emperor you may have seen it.
The jury-rig worked, wonderfully, and name ideas were discussed before I’d worked up a proper recipe. I think they actually started being discussed before the first test cups had been finished.
The first just-cinnamon black tea blend that I created is called Leia’s Legacy.
It made sense, given how much I enjoyed seeing the older Leia in the more recent movies, to continue the theme and salute the evolution of the character and the formidable human being who played her.
